Milestone is offering both in office and telemedicine appointments for medication management to help patients feel at ease. We are a small clinic so there is little wait time. This also allows for each patient to get the time and attention needed to provide effective treatment. Telemed sessions can be done over the phone or via secure video conference and are covered by insurance. Feel free to call our office at 719-465-2819 for additional information or to schedule. You can also schedule online at the link below. Please specify if you prefer a telemedicine session instead of coming to the office.
Milestone provides medication management of psychiatric medications only. We do NOT provide medical marijuana cards, emotional support animal letters, nor fill out disability or FMLA paperwork.
