Milestone Psychiatry understands that each individual is unique in their presentation and that each treatment plan needs to be tailored specific to that individual. We focus on your personal needs, goals and experiences to design a treatment plan that will help you grow and flourish. We provide mental health medication management in a safe and welcoming environment for patients 5 years and older. We have a dynamic group of providers who bring an array of experience to Milestone Psychiatry to provide you the best care.
We greatly encourage mental health counseling in addition to pharmacological management, but we do not have a therapist/counselor on staff to provide these services. We are happy to guide you in how to find a therapist/counselor to meet your needs.

Initial Evaluations: Initial evaluations typically take 45-60 minutes for completion. This time may vary depending upon severity/acuity of the situation and the level of cooperation.
Follow-Ups: Follow-ups typically take 15-30 minutes. This time may vary depending upon severity/acuity and the level of cooperation.
Please be aware that we are managing psychiatric/mental health conditions and if a provider is running behind, they are doing so because they are trying to provide the best care they can for another patient. Mental health can be unpredictable and there are times when someone needs more help during a crisis. Your appointment may be delayed, but it is delayed due to providing comprehensive care to our patients.
Fees
Insurances accepted include: BCBS, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare, UHC/Optum, Tricare. If you do not see your insurance listed here, please call us to discuss insurance coverage as availability may have changed.
Co-pays, co-insurance, and payments towards deductibles are due at time of service. It is the patient responsibility to ensure we are in network with your insurance.
Self-Pay / Out of Pocket:
Initial Evaluation: $175.00
Follow-Up: $125
Self-Pay / Out of Pocket fees are due at time of service. Rates are subject to change at any time.
Payment
you may pay for services utilizing cash, credit/debit card, or Health savings account (HSA).we do not accept checks.
if you are receiving telehealth services via doxy.me, you may pay through the service at your appointment.
Good Faith Estimate
You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health services will cost. According to law, healthcare providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of non-emergency healthcare services.
You may ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Please be certain to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
