Milestone Psychiatry is a family-centered clinic providing medication management for psychiatric (mental health) purposes. We have a dynamic group of providers available to assist you and your loved ones towards a positive mental state.
Our providers are available for in-person and Telehealth sessions via doxy.me.
We are not a crisis intervention facility. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or Text 741-741 or go to your nearest emergency department. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
Providers with Milestone Psychiatry are NOT presently accepting new patients for Adult ADHD and are not prescribers of long-term use of benzodiazepines.

Insurances
Insurances accepted include: BCBS, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare, UHC/Optum, Tricare, Humana, and Colorado Access. If you do not see your insurance listed here, please call us to discuss insurance coverage as availability may have changed.
Our apologies, but at this time we do not accept Aetna, Beacon/Kaiser or Friday Health Plan.
Co-pays are due at the time of service.
Self-Pay / Out of Pocket:
Initial Evaluation: $175.00
Follow-Up: $125.00
Self-Pay / Out of Pocket fees are due at time of service. Rates are subject to change at any time. We do offer payment plans with a $50 down payment.
*Please be advised that Milestone Psychiatry does not provide Medical Marijuana cards, Disability paperwork, or Emotional Support Animal evaluations or documentation.
